User agreement

This User Agreement (the Agreement) is made between an individual who intends to pass the online test (the User) and Xored Software, Inc (the Company). The Agreement is made in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation (No.152-FZ Federal Law of 27.06.2007).

By logging on the User confirms acceptance of all terms and conditions of the Agreement. If the User disagrees with the Agreement, the User does not proceed with the test.

Personal data includes: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, Skype account, profiles in social networks.

Personal data processing includes: collecting, systematizing, accumulating, storing, updating, using, disposing, maintaining a user database manually and/or automatically.

The User’s personal data are kept confidential. Persons that get access to it are the Company’s employees who undertake obligations not to disseminate the personal data without the User’s consent.

Persons that get access to the User’s personal data undertake obligations to use it in accordance with No.152-FZ Federal Law “On Personal Data” of 27.06.2007.

The User has the right to obtain information about processing the User’s personal data.

The Agreement is valid indefinitely; but may be withdrawn by the User by filing a personal application to job@xored.com.
